   We confirm the brief, collect the inputs listed above and agree the structure before any production starts.

   The scope is built. You see progress inside the order rather than waiting for one reveal at the end.

   Review

   One consolidated round of feedback. Changes inside the agreed scope are made; anything new is quoted separately.

   Handover

   Files, access and any training hours in the scope. Everything is transferred to accounts you own.

   Approval and release

   You approve the delivery. Only then does Refogo release payment from escrow.

What decides the tier?+

Volume, not quality. The same team delivers every tier — the tier sets how many keywords, pages, posts or articles you get each month.

Is the published rate the final price?+

Excluded from the rate: ad spend, third-party licences and expert review fees, which are billed at cost. Everything in the scope list is covered by the published rate for the term shown. GST is added at 18% and shown alongside.

Is the scope really fixed?+

Yes. Scope is agreed at the point of order, so it does not drift once work starts. New scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed.

When does my money actually move?+

Not at order. Payment sits in escrow and is released only when you approve the delivery.

What happens if I am not happy?+

Do not approve the delivery. Raise it inside the order, and if it cannot be resolved, Refogo reviews the brief against what was delivered before releasing anything.

Can I cancel a monthly retainer?+

Yes, at the end of any paid month unless a minimum term is stated on this page. Work already delivered and approved is not refunded.

Who actually does the work?+

Refogo owns the package, the scope and the rate. A vetted partner in the network delivers it against this exact scope and rate.
