How it runs
- 1Order and scope lock
You order at the published rate. The scope list above is attached to the order and fixed from that point. Payment goes into escrow.
- 2Kickoff and access
Within one working day we confirm the brief and request the access listed under what you provide. The clock starts when access lands.
- 3Baseline and plan
Audit, competition and keyword analysis, baseline rankings and the plan for month one. Delivered as a document you approve.
- 4Month one delivery
The scope volumes above are executed in full. Work is visible in the order as it lands, not only at month end.
- 5Monthly report
A written report against the same scope lines every month, so month three is comparable with month one.
- 6Approval and release
You approve the month. Only then does Refogo release that month from escrow.

Why is there a minimum term?
Three months. Paid search needs enough conversion data to optimise against; stopping earlier throws away the learning you paid for.
Do I pay you the ad budget?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly and keep ownership of the accounts. Refogo only handles the management fee.
Why is the fee a minimum or a percentage?
Whichever is higher. Small budgets still take real setup work, and large budgets take proportionally more management. The percentage steps down as spend rises.
What decides the tier?
Volume, not quality. The same team delivers every tier — the tier sets how many keywords, pages, posts or articles you get each month.
Is the published rate the final price?
Excluded from the rate: ad spend, third-party licences and expert review fees, which are billed at cost. Everything in the scope list is covered by the published rate for the term shown. GST is added at 18% and shown alongside.
Is the scope really fixed?
Yes. Scope is agreed at the point of order, so it does not drift once work starts. New scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed.
When does my money actually move?
Not at order. Payment sits in escrow and is released only when you approve the delivery.
What happens if I am not happy?
Do not approve the delivery. Raise it inside the order, and if it cannot be resolved, Refogo reviews the brief against what was delivered before releasing anything.
Can I cancel a monthly retainer?
Yes, at the end of any paid month unless a minimum term is stated on this page. Work already delivered and approved is not refunded.
Who actually does the work?
Refogo owns the package, the scope and the rate. A vetted partner in the network delivers it against this exact scope and rate.
